Our client a leading retailer requires the services of a Telesales Clerk to facilitate inbound and outbound customer calls


Key Performance areas:

? Calling on new and existing clients to follow up on new and current orders
? Providing excellent client service through clear and constant communication
? Managing and building relationships with existing clients
? Processing of orders
? Ensuring all orders and deliveries on running smoothly
? Assisting Sales Representative
? Following up and generating of lead times
? General office administration


The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with relevant qualification
? At least 1 years’ experience in Food Services Industry will be advantageous
? Highly computer literate (MS Office)
? Excellent written and verbal communication
? Must have good interpersonal and people skills and be a team player
? Needs to be able to work independently and take initiative
? Excellent problem solving abilities
? Excellent telephone skills
? Previous experience in a call centre environment would be beneficial
? Must have excellent attention to detail
