Telesales Clerk

Our client requires the service of a Telesales Clerk to sell and market products and services to new and existing customers through telephonic contact.

Key performance areas:

o To sell media/stationery
o Establish and maintain contact with customers
o To educate customers on company products
o Update client information
The successful candidate must have:

o Matric
o Minimum 3 years experience in retail/stationery environment
o Must have telesales experience
o Computer literacy - MS Office, especially Excel
o Problem solving skills
o Good telephone skills
o Good interpersonal skills
