The main purpose of this position is to receive and resolve inbound and outbound telephone calls from current and new clients. Further to this the Agent is responsible for the conversion of possible leads to sales and or contracts Requirements Qualifications:
Matric/Grade 12/equivalent qualification

Experience:
Two (2) years relevant experience would be an advantage
