• Matric Certificate
• Computer literate: MSOffice, Syspro advantageous
• Excellent customer service skills – the ability to provide customer satisfaction
• Appropriate telephone etiquette – Appropriate use of language and listening
• Multitasking – The ability to manage more than one task simultaneously
• Marketing skills – The ability to sell the product or idea
