Our client is looking for a Telesales Executive with Matric and at least 1 year’s relevant experience, to join their team. Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in telesales are imperative to be successful in this position.

Our client is based in the UK (but the position is based in Cape Town). They advertise any type of job for any type of company / industry sector within the UK using only the very best UK jobsites.

Job Role
B2B cold calling companies to find out what their current recruitment strategy is and sell them the benefits of using Fill Your Specialist Role.
The job will involve speaking mainly with HR departments and Hiring Managers and advising them of the cost savings and benefits of using online job advertising.

You will be experienced in Telemarketing or Telesales and have at least ONE years’ experience in this field. You will be comfortable with making lots of phone calls throughout the day so you will be motivated and enjoy the challenge of promoting and selling the service. A generous commission structure will be offered

Key Tasks
Understand the sales mission of our client
Research, identify and contact prospective clients and generate new leads telephonically
Describe the product benefits and any special offers, giving advice about the benefits of our client’s services to prospective clients
Develop and maintain database by collating information on prospective clients
Establish and maintain close relationships with clients
Email prospective clients necessary information
Meet and exceed set sales targets while adhering to quality and productivity requirements
Compile weekly telesales activity reports including call summaries and pipelines
Deliver professional service
Key Skills and Experience (minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience)

Essential
Matric
The candidate must display demonstrable success in telesales
The candidate must be effective in exposing prospects’ key needs to our client’s service offering
Have sufficient analytical experience to complete prospective client research
Goal-driven with experience working to targets
Desirable
Tertiary qualification, preferably in Sales, Marketing or Business

The candidate must display the following skills

Operate well under pressure and exhibit strong drive and perseverance

Professional phone manner
Excellent time management skills
