A national supply and manufacturing company is looking to add a vibrant, professional individual to their team. The main functions of this role are to ensure that all administration related tasks are completed timeously and efficiently for the Directors when necessary and to handle all communication with key customer accounts.

Duties:

• Ensure that orders received from key customers are executed promptly and accurately
• Send out new pricelists on a weekly basis to key customers
• Ensure that key customers are informed when there is a change in pricing
• Change the price on the pricelist on the same day that the price changes occur
• Assist in loading price changes when a member of the telesales team is absent
• Routinely communicate with the creditor/debtor controllers in case a key customers account has been placed on hold, communicate this to the Directors to prevent any products being invoiced
• Routinely request updated product knowledge
• Take initiative in understanding products
• Attempt to sell products to key customers during telecommunications
• Communicate with Directors consistently regarding all daily issues
• Ensure that all customers are getting the upmost attention
• Ensure that all sales orders are completed before picking
• Liaise with Warehouse and Dispatch
• Ensure to communicate to respective departments/personnel on a consistent basis
• Ad hoc tasks as per operational requirements when needed

Requirements:

• Matric qualification
• Two years administration experience
• Internal sales experience will be an advantage
• Well spoken
• Well groomed
• Excellent etiquette via phone and email
• Reasonable typing speed
