Purpose of a Sales Support Administrator:
Sales Administrators generate client leads, increase the number of customers, answer client queries and prepare sales documentation. A great portion of time is spent on communicating and handling customer information.
Primary Roles and responsibilities:
Prospecting for potential clients using various data bases
Arranging appointments for sales consultants
Meeting agreed targets
Raising quotations as per client affordability
Answering customer telephone queries and maintaining good customer relations
Producing reports
Maintaining client records
Growing the data base and the business
