TELESALES - SNACK FOODS

About the Position

My client based in the south of Johannesburg seeks a strong, energetic Telesales consultant (Must have FMCG experience particularly in the SNACK FOOD INDUSTRY)
The company has 19 Line Items and you will be targeting the Independents outside of the big corporates.

You will be required to:

Increase turnover of existing customers across the entire account base by upselling and cross selling
Identify opportunities to win business where Customers currently favour competitors' products
Ability to negotiate a win/win business solution in meeting client need
Inform customers of new products/brands, promotional campaigns or joint marketing programs and feedback to management
Research and gather information about potential product ranges
Ensure knowledge and understanding of clients business
Determine who the key decision-makers are and what the prospects needs are.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
3 years sales experience (Must be FMCG Telesales experience)
Excellent communication skills
Strong Sales and retention ability
Strong Customer service experience
Ability to deal with high call volumes
ability to reach and exceed high targets
