Growth within our company has resulted in a vacancy for a Telesales and Helpdesk Consultant. The successful candidate will report directly to the Call Centre Manager

The position will require the successful candidate to implement outbound sales calls(cold calls) and provide technical support to existing clients.

Top level duties revolve around:

· Outbound telesales to new businesses with a set daily call/activity volume (100% cold calling).

· Outbound telesales to existing clients to upsell and cross sell product offering.

· Minimum achievement of monthly sales targets.

· Completion of sales specific daily training and role playing.

· Client issue resolution across all Channel Mobile products.

· Responsible for responding to client enquiries timeously, effectively and efficiently.

· Maximize customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution.

· Responsible for capturing all sales and service information on the Company’s CRM and Management Systems.

· Maintain up to date knowledge of all products for sales and service.

· Test products and issues being experienced by clients in order to find solutions or possible causes.

Skills required

· Microsoft Office

· Microsoft Outlook

· Excellent telephonic, verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to effectively follow processes and work on latest technology - grasp easily

· Strong technical skills and problem solving ability

· Previous experience in similar position – telesales, support, helpdesk, call centre environments.
