TELE-SALES CONSULTANTS – TRAVEL & TOURISM INDUSTRY
BASIC + COMMISSION | WESTLAKE, TOKAI | START ASAP
12 MONTH CONTRACT TO BE REVIEWED BASED ON PERFORMANCE
Our client is an online accommodation booking company based in Westlake ,Tokai and are looking for Sales Consultants to join our expanding team.
The basic salary is R6, 000.00 (cost to company) per month. A successful sales consultant can expect to earn an addition R4, 000.00 – R6, 000.00 per month in commission. The successful applicant will receive a guaranteed commission of R3, 000.00 for the first two months of their employment. The commission structure is reviewed on a quarterly basis. Please note that this role is contract based for a 12 month period, with the possibility of renewal based on your overall performance.
This position will reward a person who gets excited about cold calling and hitting targets. You will be calling clients from a database already provided, however, you would need to source our own additional leads. You will be calling on all types of accommodation companies , who have not yet listed their accommodation on the website and get them to do just that. It is purely a telephonic, stay-at-your-desk position and you will naturally have daily, weekly and monthly targets they will need to achieve.
Duties:
This role is perfect for you if you have a Matric and possess the following attributes:
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Afrikaans)
Have a passion for closing deals
Goal orientated and target driven
Ability to work accurately under pressure
Computer literate (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
Excellent interpersonal skills and you are team player
Ability to work within a team and on your own
An individual who is always willing to go above and beyond for clients
