Our client seeks to appoint a Telesales / Telemarketer selling long term insurance products. The person will specifically focus on employer group benefits schemes such as pension/ provident funds and business assurance products such as keyman, buy and sell assurance, but also personal financial planning such as investments and asset management.

Requirements:

Must have matric

Minimum 3 years’ telesales experience

Experience in financial industry would be advantageous

Additional requirements:

Well – spoken and professional telephone mannerism i.e. good voice projection

Ability to do follow ups and book excellent appointments

Excellent command of English, written and verbal

Lead generation online and offline

Intermediate to Advanced computer literate including the use of internet

Working hours:

8:30 am - 4:30 pm (Full day)

8:00 am – 1:00 pm (half day)

Remuneration:

Basic for full day R6 000 – R8 000 gross per month additional commission payable about 10 % income that manager earns

Basic for half day up to R7 000 per month additional commission as above
