Your main responsibilities are as follows:-

Taking telephonic orders from customers
Responsible for the achievement of sales targets and assisting in the compiling of the sales budget
Handling customer queries.
Preparing picking slips
General capturing of invoices
Production planning
Compiling various reports

Functional competencies

Grade 12
Relevant telesales experience within a Food Manufacturing environment - (non-negotiable)
Good telephone etiquette
Good interpersonal skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good organisational skills and follow-up skills
Attention to detail – Accuracy in all work delivered
Ability to work well in a team
Intellectual curiosity – A thirst to understand the operation of the business
Ability to see all tasks through to its finality
Portrays an image of utmost professionalism at all times

Salary: R8000,00 per month
