VACANCY FOR TELKOM RETENTIONS AGENT

The main accountabilities are to the achievement of sales targets through contacting Feathercoms existing customer base, manage deliveries, follow company processes and procedures and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

Requirements:
• Matric or similar qualification
• Retail and Call centre sales experience preferably in the cellular environment
• Strong Sales ability and drive to meet targets
• Knowledge related to latest mobile and fixed-line products advantageous
• Excellent and good understanding in Microsoft Office
• Excellent telephone etiquette and strong communication skills
• Interpersonal skills very important
• English and Afrikaans mandatory

You will be required to perform in the following functional areas:
• Ensure achievement of sales targets
• Focus on up and cross selling specific Telkom products to Feathercoms existing customer base.
• Professionalism of service/sales delivery at all times
• Maintain optimum customer service in line with Telkom and Feathercoms processes and procedures at all times
• Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
Salary:
• R 5 000 basic salary + Commission
