Title: Creditors Clerk

Salary: R17 000 per month

Location: Parktown

Short Description of Position: We are looking for a Temp Creditors clerk for a fixed term contract of 3 months.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the timely capturing of invoice
Process incoming purchase order requests
Assist staff with supplier queries
Make sure that orders are kept up to date
Make sure of validity of order
Make sure that the correct signatures are on the order
Minimum Requirements:

Excellent professional work standard
Strong journals and reconciliations experience
Great Plains experience
Preferably from Financial services / long term insurance space
Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritize
Problem solving skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Preferably Great Plains experience
Strong journals and reconciliations experience
Computer Literacy
Must be equity
