An innovative and leading manufacturing concern, based in the northern suburbs of Cape Town, requires a Creditors Clerk on a 6 month fixed term contact to assist them. It is crucial to be able to work at a fast tempo but yet maintain great levels of accuracy. You need to be an excellent communicator and a team player.



Qualification:

Matric is essential

Relevant qualification will be an added advantage



Skills & Experience:

Syspro experience is a non-negotiable

Dealing with large amounts of suppliers

Excellent reconciliation skills

Ideally have worked within the Manufacturing industry



Job Description:

The functions of this role will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Creditor’s reconciliations

Creditor’s age analysis

Assist with cash books, EFT payments and deposits

Query resolution

Ad hoc duties
