My client is a Stable and Professional leading Automotive Group with multiple reputable dealerships, based in Sandton. They seek the experience of a skilled Temp CRM who had a good use of initiative and has the ability to work well in a Team to achieve success within the department.  

The successful candidate must have

• Matric / Grade 12
• Relevant tertiary education
• Customer services experience
• Direct or Digital marketing experience  
• Experience working with CRM is essential
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Your busy and challenging day will include but not limited to:

• Ability to plan, execute and follow up on customer retention campaigns through a variety of media – most likely to be SMS, direct mail, email and social marketing
• Is expected to have excellent knowledge on IT systems, such as MS Dynamics Oracle CRM or SalesForce or other recognized CRM systems
• Planning and delivering CRM Strategies
• Manage the CRM platform structure working closely with all departments
• Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies
• Oversee and support all direct communications
