The HR Administrator is responsible for effective execution of HR administration while adding value to clients. Also to promote positive team dynamic.

Job Specifications:
• Division specific Reporting
• Ensure accurate and timeous execution of all HR administration processes (incl. Appointments, Transfers and Resignations)
• Ensure compliance and implementation of performance management processes
• Ensure HR information security, integrity & activations within agreed timeframe
• Adding value by attending to HR matters timeously and proactively
• Resolving HR queries effectively and timeously
• Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Work across the HR function as generalist, such as recruitment, performance management and HR reporting

Qualifications:
• Matric
• HR related qualification or similar A minimum of 1 year HR admin handling from a fast paced environment)
Computer literate (MS Office Package)
