Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Tertiary Diploma / Degree in Human Resources
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a HR position is essential
- Good understanding of the relevant legislation, HR policies and procedures
- Understanding of the relevant labour legislation
- Computer literate
- Only candidates in the Gauteng area will be considered
Responsibilities:
- Ensure alignment of HR policies and processes
- Ensure that the recruitment process is consistent to policy and procedures
- Ensure coaching of staff and management on IR policies and procedures is carried out
- Provide support on HR related administration
- Coaching staff and management on learning and development processes and initiatives
