Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Either a National Diploma in Sales / Logistics or Finance OR equivalent of 6 to 8 years' experience in Sales / Logistics or
Finance
- Solid SAP and MS Office skills are required
- Organisational and project management skills essential

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the back office Purchase to Pay Processes
- Effective inventory management
- Efficient Purchase Order Management
- Report and planning of stock levels, and communicate with the BU's to ensure stock levels are adhered to
- Non conformance management
- Continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Drive operational efficiency and profitability by implementing relevant audit recommendations and optimizing
distribution and warehousing costs
- Ensure implementation of the BU's guidelines and rules to meet the targets
- Ensure effective archiving and back up and support to the Supply Chain team
