A Health Care/Advanced Sports Nutrition multinational organisation is urgently looking for a Junior Project Coordinator

Facilitate and implement the compliance of all regulatory label projects for the company's Wellness
- Initiate Wrike timelines and tracking of projects
- Follow up with cross functional team inputs required according to the set timeline and process
- Prepare new labels for registration purposed and ensuring that all labels confirm to the regulatory authorities concerned.
- Coordinate and implement artwork briefs to internal design team (taking inputs from Regulatory & Marketing into account)
- Follow up and track progress of artwork changes
- Coordinate and compile run-out schedules in conjunction with the company's Supply Chain for sign-off
- Ensure Supply Chain is briefed on all run-out schedules in order to minimise write-off’s

Database management
- Manage NAPPI codes, P-codes and master product code files (incl. barcodes, etc).
- Ensure latest approved artwork is uploaded to OwnCloud and sent to Supply Chain whenever changes are implemented.
- Manage and implement artwork colour standards across the Wellness portfolio in conjunction with Supply Chain
