Our client, in the Heat Pump manufacturing industry, is looking for an intelligent and fast-learning individual with confidence in his/her abilities and can use initiative whilst standing in for the Office Administrator during her absence. Only individuals with strong debtors/creditors/bookkeeping abilities will be deemed suitable for this temporary vacancy of up to 7 months. Graduates with strong qualifications will also be considered.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• All office debtors/creditors/bookkeeping All reception / switchboard duties
• General office administration duties
• Reception duties
• Any ad-hoc duties

Minimum requirements:

• Matric qualification
• Related Tertiary qualification (Diploma / Degree)
• Diploma / Degree in Bookkeeping - Advantage (up to Trial Balance further advantage)
• Own vehicle with valid driver’s licence
• Strong Pastel Accounting Software and Cashflow experience
• Quick thinking and fast learning
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English
• Neat, punctual and reliable
• Organized, meticulous and detail orientated
• Able to operate comfortably in a busy and high volume (calls/invoices/quotes/etc.) environment

Salary on offer: Negotiable depending on experience and/or qualification
