Our client in the IT industry is looking to employ a temp Support Engineer / Field Technician

Must be available immediately

• Matric, Valid Driver Licence, No criminal record, OWN TRANSPORT
• Working experience with remote monitoring
• ITIL Certification would be highly advantageous
• Relevant I.T Technical Certifications (MCSE)
• Required: IT Diploma or Degree and relevant Certifications
• At least 3 years’ experience in End user support role
• Preferred: 2 years’ experience in Infrastructure/Server Support role. 
• Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications, (Server 2003/2008/2012)
• Microsoft Exchange 2010 – 2016 experience advantageous
• Working experience of server hardware
• Working experience of Anti-virus and backup software
• Working experience of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, LAN/WAN concepts.
• Working experience of SAN would be advantageous
• Hyper-V or VMWARE experience  would be advantageous
• VEEAM experience/exposure  would be advantageous 

Salary between R10000 & R18000 depending on qualification and skills
