Our client requires a Temporary administrator for a period of 6 months. Must be available to start 01 May 2017.
Duties:
- Processing orders
- Opening job cards
- invoicing
- buying supplies and getting prices
- doing quotations
- time-keeping - daily timesheet processing for hours for payroll
- IOD
- Answering phone
- Manning reception
- Accepting smaller deliveries
Requirements:
- Matric
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous
- Strong admin skills
- Strong computer skills
