Our client requires a Temporary administrator for a period of 6 months. Must be available to start 01 May 2017.

Duties:

  • Processing orders
  • Opening job cards
  • invoicing
  • buying supplies and getting prices
  • doing quotations
  • time-keeping - daily timesheet processing for hours for payroll
  • IOD
  • Answering phone
  • Manning reception
  • Accepting smaller deliveries

Requirements:

 

  • Matric
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous
  • Strong admin skills
  • Strong computer skills
