We are looking for an experienced individual to manage a number of events we have coming up. You need to be able to take control of any situation, put plans and processes in to motion and think on your feet.

The work will be of temporary nature, on a 'needs' basis (whenever we have events that need extra top class management is when we will call on you).

You will be responsible for
- Event set up (ensuring branding and structures are correctly placed)
- Ensure the staff working at the event are doing their job properly and are focused on actively engaging with consumers at all times.
- Communicate any problems immediately: wrong/broken branding or structures, staff who don't turn up. You will need to be able to think on your feet and be able to offer solutions to any problems arising.
- Ensuring our stock is kept safe from one event to the next and that no theft or damage takes place.

ESSENTIAL
Applicant must be Pretoria based - the events are going to be taking place in Mamelodi so you need to be comfortable working in this area and be located in the near surroundings.

The dates of our first set of events are as follows:
25-28 June 2015
16-19 July 2015
30 July - 2 August

From 7:30pm-12am (venues will differ on each weekend)

Payments is a daily rate and you will get paid petrol over and above this.
