Our client is looking for experienced Team Leaders for their Customer Service Centre.

The successful person will provide leadership, development and operational support to the direct team. Ensuring that they are knowledgeable, skilled and motivated to delight customers whilst contributing to our product owners and meeting targets at all times.

Matric

LLB qualification

3 years' experience of leading a team

1 to 2 years experience exposure to call centre
