A highly reputable Property Development firm is looking to appoint a Tenant Co-ordinator in their Kenyan operations.

Minimum Requirements:
• Tertiary Qualification in Architecture or Project Management
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Retail Tenant Co-ordination/Project Management
• Overall knowledge of Construction Methods and Procedures
• Ability to be able to spot problem areas.
• Ability to read and clearly understand architectural construction drawings/documents.
• Ability to multi task and to work proactively.
• E?ective written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective supervisory and organizational skills.
• Be able to lead a team.
• Be able to motivate self and team members.
