• Arrange Collection of all tender documents (pre-tender and submission)
• Issue weekly report of all tender closing dates to relevant teams in the business
• Follow-up with all departments forming part of tender team to ensure timely submission of information required
• Collation of all the required information forming part of the tender document
• Follow-up on all tender submissions
• Keep up to date documentation of all tender returnable’s
• Ensuring ISO Process is adhered to for all submissions
• Develop and Maintain an accurate Process Flow
• Liaise with Sales Personnel to ensure that site meeting /clarification notes are received
• Prepare documents for “bid no bid” process meeting
• On time management of the companies tender process from when the tender is received up to the issuing of the tender document
• Develop and implement a system to analyze pricing trends and to benchmark in the various market sectors
Education: Grade 12, a formal tertiary qualification, preferable but not essential. A minimum of 1 -4 years administrative experience, with tenders and their relevant processes will be an advantage. Tender knowledge. A working knowledge of Business English (oral and written communication). Must have neat hand writing, Computer literate ability to use MS Office.
