A Tender & Proposals Manager is Urgently needed by one of the Competative Firm, located in East Rand with 5-10 years experience in Tender desk management business and also have a Mechanical of Electrical qualification.BEE Candidate.

Position Outputs

Managing a tendering department
Review all tenders
Negotiations and closing of deals with clients
Projects, evaluation, identifying and revising the project risk portfolio including conducting risk reviews
Contract negotiations
Commercial & legal understanding of the contract and reporting thereof

Candidate Requirements

5-10 years of Tender desk management business experience
Mechanical of Electrical qualification beneficial
Proven exposure in major EPC Projects
Proven exposure to generator tenders
Proven exposure in responding to tenders
Proven exposure to commercial and legal aspects of tender enquiries
Project management exposure will be an advantage
Effective communication at all levels
