We are in search of a talented Territory Development Representative to help continue our outstanding growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1. Present and sell solution products and services to current and potential clients.
2. Build a territory plan and execute against the plan.
3. Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
4. Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process.
5. Maintain and expand the database of contacts within targeted organizations.
6. Sustain sales activities; appointments, demos, proposals, cold calls, dials and database updates.
7. Partner with Account Managers and Sales Management to determine strategic approaches for sales.
8. Establish and maintain current customer relationships (respond to customer requests, manage and resolve customer issues).
9. Maintain accurate account information and activity detail in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
10. Provide effective product demos for end-user customers as well as for the resellers.
11. Support the reseller communication channel throughout the sales process.
12. Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Undergraduate degree in business or other related field Advantageous
2. Previous business-to-business sales experience (1+ yrs), technology industry experience preferred.
3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
4. Outstanding phone skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment
6. Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels.
7. Ability to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
8. Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
9. Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement.
10. Sense of humour.
11. Fluency in multiple languages is helpful
