Test Analyst Lead – Pretoria – R300k to R360k
 
Our client is looking for a Test analyst with 3 to 5 years experience, must have Lead experience, Mobile application testing, Automation testing would be advantageous.
 
Manager QA team
Provide on-the-job training and mentoring for Quality Assurance Analysts
Responsible for approval of overall releases and production deployment
Responsible for testing (Functional, Integration, Performance, Automation)
Approval of documentation
Perform software quality testing
Creation of required documentation (test plans, cases and user manuals)
Participate at work method selection with Technical Lead and Project Manager
Reporting and prioritising of problems/bugs/functional inconsistency
Co-ordination with Development Team and Technical Lead
Participate in discussions regarding design issues
Ensure development team understands issues, and confirm with technical lead on the resolution of bugs
Assurance of quality control
Provide weekly/monthly statistics to IT Manager
 
Qualifications and experience
 

• A relevant tertiary qualification
• 3-5 year`s working experience in a Software QA environment
• Automation testing advantageous
• Mobile application testing experience required
• Be detail orientated
• Have the ability to multi-task and prioritise between tasks
• Have effective analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work under pressure
