Qualification:
Good academic records and relevant University Degree or Diploma in IT or Computer Science
Testing Certification (Advantageous)

Skills & Experience:
5 - 8 years’ experience
Previous experience in Financial Services industry or transactional systems would be advantageous

Experience in:
Experience with integration testing frameworks
Solid SQL skills
Solid Java or C# skill
Exposure to behavior driven development
Understand or be able to learn new system architectures
Experience in using Exploratory Testing, Model Based Testing, Risk Based Testing and Heuristics
Ability to do Automation testing - advantageous

Job Description:
This role will allow you to do some development, although it is predominantly a testing role. You will design clean and simple solutions, write elegant robust code as well as improve and optimize the performance of existing systems. You will be doing manual testing, but also automation on certain projects. You will also be expected to code frameworks for certain projects. You will need to be able to use Java or .Net. Your responsibilities will also include troubleshoot and root-cause errors, write unit, integration and acceptance tests for all components and write build automation scripts. This role has the opportunity to mentor developers, assist with analysis where required and actively contribute as a team member.
