• 3+ years software testing experience
• At least 1 year in an agile environment
• Banking (preferably) or Financial Services experience
• Previous experience in either development, systems administration or applications support would be beneficial

• Must be able to self-organise

Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Role

• Participate in planning sessions and daily stand up meetings
• Help to define user stories and their acceptance criteria to know if they satisfy user/business requirements
• Identify & document test cases, scenarios or test scripts that validate the meeting of acceptance criteria for each user story
• Perform sanity & exploratory as well as usability testing for each build
• Assist the team with other tasks other than those related to testing where required
• Contribute to improving Agile QA processes in the division
• Demonstrate the delivered build/functionality to the business after each sprint
