My client must be one of the most exciting companies to work for in Pretoria (Menlyn).  They are in the financial services industry and currently recruiting for a Test Analyst with about 5 years’ experience within an environment using SCRUM as methodology.

Main responsibilities for this role will include, but not limited to

• Participate in all SCRUM ceremonies
• Collaborate closely with business owners to gain a better understanding of what the requirements and expectations are
• Collaborate closely with BA’s and making suggestions where system can be improved.
• Manual front end functional testing of application(s)
• Carry out exploratory testing to identify any possible issues that might have been overlooked during regression testing and functional testing
• Collaborate closely with developers, identifying, logging, prioritizing and verifying defects in a defect tracking system
• Defect tracking of all defects logged by you
• Executing regression tests in preparation for go-live

• Relevant IT degree or diploma
• ISTQB certification will be beneficial
