Job Description:
You will be responsible for maintaining wiki related to system configuration, system configuration (database) and software configuration. Database and FTP maintenance. You will also have to assist support personnel in resolving system queries and gather information, interpretation and communication of resolution. Configure test and live systems. Schedule test slots with external clients. Perform point-to-point test with external clients.
