Seeking Registered Nurse with theatre recovery experience to work in the theatre unit in a large private hospital located on the West Coast of Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain professional conduct and standards at all times in accordance with the SANC / Job Standards /
• Hospital Policies
• Promote and maintain good working and inter-personal relationships with Management /patients /staff /visitors /doctors and colleagues
• Coordinate nursing service activities with other departments
• Co-ordinate all working activities to accommodate normal hospital routine

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse, registered with the South African Nursing Council
• A minimum 2 years’ experience in a Theatre Recovery
• Thorough knowledge of general /specialized nursing theory and practice
• Extensive knowledge of modern nursing care principles and practices in the highly specialised field
