A vacancy for a Theatre Unit Manager as opened up.

KEY OUTPUTS:
Lead the implementation of the nursing care plan and co-ordinate and facilitate the delivery of the correct treatment plan within the correct program.
Function as clinical expert in achieving patient outcomes.
Ensure competence of staff and students
Promote customer satisfaction within unit.
Effective leadership and people management.
Effective financial and equipment management.
Effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Degree or Diploma in nursing
A theatre qualification is essential
Current registration with SANC
3 years theatre experience
Computer literate
Drivers license and ability to travel
