Key Responsibilities:
• Provide effective mgmt. by demonstrating visible leadership skills
• Conduct stock and inventory control
• Ensure product mgmt with implementation of formulary changes, accelerated product conversions and improvement initiatives
• Communicate to theatre staff and doctors to comply with formulary products
• Ensure effective theatre utilization by effectively allocating theatre time
• Minimize overtime hours by updating shift schedules and arranging call lists

Applicants for this position must:
• Have a relevant nursing qualification
• Be a SANC registered Nurse
• Have an Operating Room Science Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Having a Degree or Diploma in business , health or finance, is advantageous
• Have a minimum of 2 – 4 years managerial experience
• Have an intermediate level of Computer proficiency
• Have experience in clinical leadership
