Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR Costs in such a way as to ensure cost effective quality care
• Manage charging and billing, check CPD and ICD 10 code and Medical Aid and Authorisation information
• Ensure the unit is providing safe, cost effective quality patient care
• Evaluate nursing quality indicators and clinical outcomes

Applicants for this position must:

• Registered with SANC as a Registered Nurse
• Diploma in Theatre
• Degree or Diploma in business, health or finance will be an advantage
• Minimum 2 – 4 years managerial experience
• Experience in Clinical leadership
