SENIOR LEGAL SECRETARY OR A JUNIOR ATTORNEY - Pretoria East

SALARY
Salary is negotiable (from R 12 000 - R15 000pm depending on the experience of the candidate)
THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS ARE ESSENTIAL
Three to five years experience in relevant position.
Knowledge of Third Party Claims against the Road Accident Fund. The whole claim
process from initiation up to litigation
This also includes Watching Briefs, including communication with other attorneys who
handle claims on behalf of clients. We act on behalf of certain Medical Aids.
The succesful candidate also needs to liase with Medical aids concerning the Third
party claim.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Own reliable transport as the offices are not on a bus route.
Good knowledge and use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of Legalsuite would be advantageous.
Need to be able to work under pressure and independently.
