Requirements:
Mature candidate (25 years+)
Matric
A minimum 5 years’ experience in telesales with a proven track record
Advanced administration and database management abilities
Excellent telephonic communication skills
Good understanding of the SA business landscape and the ability to research
High levels of self-motivation and responsibility
Uncompromising standards of excellence, integrity and attention to detail
Ability to work in a structured environment
Reporting Structure:
Reports to Sales Manager
Candidate skills, knowledge and behaviour:
This role will be best suited to a candidate who has a broad knowledge the tele-sales. The candidate will understand customer relationships and will be able to manage their time effectively. Excellent communication and listening skills are vital to the success of this candidate as is the ability to take initiative and work in a highly structured environment.

Duties:
Customer prospecting and research
Sell Public Training Events (telephonically)
Sell Annual Sales Leadership Convention tickets (telephonically)
Admin related to Sales Process
Customer relationship management

Salary:
R10 000 – R15 000 strictly based on relevant experience and current earnings
