Coordinator

SM Healthcare Placements is inviting applications from suitably qualified individuals for the position of Coordinator based Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal for an exciting role within an International NGO in the health care field.

The incumbents will be responsible for: supporting the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E team) in day to day coordination of M&E activities.
The post is based in Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal South Africa. SM Healthcare Placements welcomes International and Regional applicants but can only offer a position to those with a valid work permit for South Africa.

The following are the qualifications, experience, knowledge and attributes requirements:

Education, Training and Experience
• Grade 12 (Maths as a subject)
• In-depth knowledge of
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• 1 year management experience
• Computer skills (MS Office package) and excellent keyboarding (both speed and accuracy) essential
• Previous experience in health care/research setting and database packages

• Prepare sites for data capturing
• Manage data-captures
• Coordinate all site level activities
• Monitor project progress
• Audit data
• Assist with facility sign-off
