Excellent opportunity exists for a Time and Attendance / Payroll Administrator to join the HR team ASAP. You will be responsible for overall management of both our Blue and White Collar payroll.
Some duties and responsibilities:


Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in mathematical, financial, HR or accounting field
Minimum 10 years’ experience of running a payroll of a medium sized company.
Expert knowledge of VIP
Knowledge and understanding of the MEIBC Main Agreement
All sections relating to employee’s earnings.
Exposure to HR administration would be beneficial
Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel

Some duties: Not limited to:

Daily control monitor and reporting of absenteeism
Flagging and reporting any absenteeism patterns and abuse.
Daily verifying of all hours worked by all blue collar employees.
Weekly reconciling hours worked by communication to staff and reconciliation with SAP scanning. Complete payroll of both Blue and White Collar staff in VIP (350 employees in total) monthly.
Payroll reporting including but not limited to;
EMP 201
Payroll Journals for SAP processing
All beneficiary payments (pension funds, medical aid etc)
UIF declarations
Assist employees with any queries regarding payroll.
Responsible for all confidential employee personnel filing.
Capture monitor and control all employee leave. • Capture, monitor, record and report on contract management.
Assist with Ad Hoc HR Administrative duties as specified by the HR Manager.
