You don’t necessarily have to have experience in insurance sales, just sales experience is necessary. If you have had the opportunity to train and lead a sales team even better.
Requirements:
Great communication skills and the ability to interact well in a team
A passion to succeed in a sales driven environment, and the desire to learn and grow
Emotional maturity and a great work ethic
A positive attitude and leadership qualities
A minimum of a Matric or the equivalent qualification
