A top 5* luxury lodge is seeking an experienced Reservationist to join their Head Offices in Randburg.You will be required to oversee the Reservations for one of the exclusive lodges based in the Madikwe Hills.At the Head Offices you will be working with three other ladies between 23-30 years old and we are looking for someone who is reliable and can work independently. You will be dealing with apx 10% SA business and 80% Tour Operators. We require you to have the following skills;Good knowledge of STO’s and RRP’s a mustReservation experience a top establishment for at least 3 yearsKnow what ‘luxury’ meansExcellent English is essentialHigh attention to detailsYou will be dealing with all Reservation aspects, including booking accommodation and flights. You will be required to visit the lodge often to ensure your product knowledge is excellent.The working hours are from 07.30 – 16.30 and you will be working for a fantastic, flexible company.The salary offered R10,000 - R15,000 with 6 month commission bonus’s on direct sales.
