We are looking for a well-groomed, well-spoken individuals with a passion for the luxury fashion industry, who understands the requirements of retail and is service orientated. An assertive, natural leader who has fine attention to detail and is able to motivate and lead a team. This individual needs to be able to work under pressure and must be able to multi task in order to support the requirements of the store manager at all times. This is an amazing company!

Minimum Qualification:
Five years retail sales experience
Understanding of the luxury retail market
Understanding of garment construction and fabrications
Previous Store Management and Assistant Store Management experience is essential
Must have worked in Retail ideally for HIGH END BRANDS
Matric essential
Must be extremely well spoken and well presented
Have own transport
Have excellent leadership skills
Keen eye for detail
Be able to work lead and motivate a team
Enjoy working with the public
Be service orientated
Have a polite, helpful manner
Be confident when dealing with difficult situations
Have basic mathematical skills, for dealing with payments and stock checks
Have plenty of stamina

Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales:
Managing daily and monthly sales targets
Identifying areas of weakness and assisting in implementing action plans
Staffing:
Managing both permanent and casual store staff
Managing staff attendance registers
Managing and setting staff schedules
Setting daily tasks and managing staff performance
Inventory Management:
Managing all merchandise inventories and stock counts by following scheduled count rosters, ensuring stocks balance and all out of line situations are reported to head office immediately.
Actioning all stock takes.
Other:
In store merchandising and stock replenishment
Petty cash management
Daily cash ups
Customer liaison
Managing customer data base
Actioning in-store marketing and in-store events
Administration – daily, weekly & monthly
Reports – weekly & monthly
Monthly in depth product sales analysis reports
Opening & closing of the store
Understand and be comfortable using retail POS systems
Product and Operational training
