Battlefields of the Anglo Zulu War - 1879

Due to expansion and new job availability, our client is looking for a lecturer/ Tour Guide to tell the stories of Isandlwana and Rorke’s Drift.

Candidates need to be perfectly fluent in English, well-spoken and able to engage with an audience via the power of a story well told.

These battlefield tours are far more than simply putting the story of a battle onto the ground.

Ability to speak Zulu & knowledge of flora and fauna is an advantage.

We require someone with a strong interest in history and wildlife, the willingness to read and improve his knowledge, and be passionate

and convincing with his story-telling.  We will provide comprehensive training.

Candidates need to be in possession of a clean driving licence and public driving permit.

We require a person of sober habits, presentable and confident with people.

Excellent communication & Guest Relations skills

The position offered is full-time and is a live in position.

Accommodation is a serviced en-suite room.  All laundry and meals are included.

Salary R 10 000 including accommodation and company benefits.
