Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to negotiate and secure applicable sites associated with the network infrastructure and ensure a continuous flow of sites, with all the required local, provincial and national permits, for build by our clients. In addition, to maintain current leases and permits and ensure relationship management with applicable local, provincial and national authority representatives, clients and property owners. Strong communication, negotiation and project management skills essential.
Obtain the necessary property owner permissions as required by the client.
Arrange for site survey to take place with applicable persons.
To identify, facilitate, coordinate and understand necessary town planning, environmental and permits are required and ensuring that the appropriate quotations are received from appointed consultants.
To ensure that the documentation supplied by the consultants is accurate and records the appropriate information as detailed on the site survey.
On notification of the imminent expiry/or change to a lease, negotiate and finalise the lease renewal or addendum.
Should a property undergo change of ownership, ensure the completion and signature of the Assignment of Rights.
In cases where certain local authority approvals are temporary in nature, ensure that these are extended or renewed prior to expiry.
Stay abreast with local, provincial and national legislation pertaining to town planning environment.
Create, build and maintain client, local, provincial and national representative & property owner relationships.

Qualifications:

Proficient in AutoCAD, Asana PM, Sketch-up, Layout Design, MS Office incl. Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
NB: Traveling associated with the position is essential, traveling will be focused on Eastern Cape, Northern Cape and Central regions.
