Our client an investment and wealth management business requires the services of a Trade Assistant – Offshore to start immediately.


Key Performance Areas:

? Preparation of investment forms & instructions
? Load trades for approval
? Capturing of transfer instructions on applications for approval
? Monitoring & clearing transactions on bank recons
? Forward instructions to and ensure the execution thereof
? Verify and update executed trades onto application
? Monitoring of updated trades against trade confirmations received
? Investigate & Clear import exceptions
? Monitor daily reports
? Updating of transactions into relevant application
? Update applicable departmental spreadsheets
? Reconciliations
? Assist with month end duties (fees / invoices etc)
? Assist with enquiries from branches


The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with a relevant qualification in Finance / Accounting will be advantageous
? 1 – 3 years experience in an offshore/ stockbroking environment
? Basic understanding of the Private Client business and the stock-broking environment
? Experience within the financial service industry
? Excellent written & verbal communication skills
? Excellent numerical orientation
? Excellent planning and organizing skills
? Analytical thinking ability
