Trade Execution Coordinator – Centurion
R240K per annum
A bulk commodity company based in Centurion is looking for a mature Afrikaans speaking person to join a growing team in a general trade execution role.
Matric, Diploma in Logistics or accounting with at least 3 years’ experience as a trade execution coordinator or logistics administrator Fertiliser experience will be an advantage. Computer literacy in MS Excel and Pastel would be an advantageous.
Duties:
• Liaising with suppliers and warehouse
• Stock recon of intake and dispatch
• Booking vehicles
• Reconcile invoices to purchase orders
• Reconcile monthly expenses
• Fleet reports and management
• Forwarding and freight
• Quotations
• Cross border liaising
• Assist with import and export process and control of documents
• General admin
