Key Responsibilities:
1) Key Account and O&O GBU and Brand Marketing
-Co-ordinate campaign execution TTL including product merchandising with key independent partners, key accounts and own retail.

Deliver visual merchandising guidelines for store managers and wholesale partners against campaign execution across GBU.
-Support to National Retail Manager to co-ordinate retail campaign execution, adaptation of global assets and to produce sale material, adverts and in store campaign role out.
-Ensure visual merchandising of campaign and GTM product is shared with key and independent accounts and O&O retail
-Co-ordinating with suppliers to ensure on time delivery and application of all campaign execution and amplification in all regions in key and independent accounts and O&O retail.
-Management of supplier schedule with mall management across regions including store staff schedule ensuring adequate management of application is present.

1) Brand Marketing
- Campaign asset schedule creation and management for TTL marketing to ensure brand communication consistency across GBU.

2) Design Concept and Adaption of Global GTM
- Adaptation of global GTM to local budget and instore executions parameters.

Design adaptation to suit and amplify global GTM in own retail and wholesale partners

SIS Global GTM adaptation for Wholesale partner accounts
-Design and execution of vouchers, sale material, flyer drops, regional newspaper adverts, database communication and print media bookings.
-Design adaptation of campaign executions with key SM assets.
-Adaptation and design updates to catalogues for performance, apparel and Lifestyle quarterly ranges.
-Solution driven design adaptation and execution to amplify GTM received.
-Assist with execution of NB Sales Conferences and all visual merchandising and campaign amplification Management of Own Retail Campaign Strategy and Execution
-Support to National Retail Manager and Marketing Manager to co-ordinate retail campaign execution, adaptation of global assets and to produce vouchers, sale material, flyer drops, regional newspaper adverts and in store campaign role out.
-Management of visual merchandising roll out plan against campaign execution.
-Maintenance of instore collateral
-Management of new store opening, campaign execution and graphic adaptation to global guidelines and in store collateral.
-Supplier liaison and management

1) Management of Campaign Adaption at Key Events/Activations
- Campaign Asset adaptation and development of all other marketing material required by department, for events, conferences, workshops, seminars, ie: launches, medical evenings, conferences, roadshows, regional branding maintenance and or all other promotional items used or to be developed to amplify campaign execution and brand management.

Qualifications:
-Tertiary Education: Diploma minimum or Degree preferable within field
-Proficient in Creative Cloud 2019 Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign programmes
-Experience: Portfolio to be provided for review. 6 – 1yr work experience Minimum.
-Digital: Efficient digital and social strategy skills and knowledge
-Project Management: Skilled at working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
